Shared hosting accounts must not excessively consume server resources in a way that negatively affects other customers.
While Cloudixa may provide backup services, customers remain responsible for maintaining their own backups of websites, databases, and files.
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times due to maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our control.
Cloudixa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in activities that threaten service stability or security.
Cloudixa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Domain registrations are subject to the policies and regulations of the relevant domain registry and registrar.
