Non-Refundable Services
Some services are non-refundable due to registration, licensing, activation or third-party costs.
- Domain registrations, renewals and transfers
- VPS Hosting Services after activation
- Custom server deployments
- Third-party software licenses
- Setup fees and custom development services
Renewals
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. Customers are responsible for cancelling services before the next billing cycle if they no longer wish to continue.
Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted through our support team within the applicable refund period. Please include your order information and the email address associated with your account.
Service Abuse
Accounts suspended or terminated due to spam, malware, phishing, illegal activity, abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact Cloudixa support before initiating a chargeback. We will always try to resolve billing concerns quickly and fairly.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days. Actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
